Terms of Service
Please read through this before you buy. You acknowledge you have read and agreed to my TOS when you buy any of my designs. TOS may be updated at any time and applies to past adopt purchases.
Payment Plans
I only accept payment plans 24 hours after I list my adopt if they haven't sold yet.I do not do holds unless I get a deposit. Deposit can vary depending on the price of the adopt.Once you start a payment plan, you cannot start more than one or request for the adopt to be swapped.Backing out of a payment plan or ghosting will get you blacklisted.
General Terms
Prices are in USD.Commercial rights are included for the design only, not the art itself.There are no refunds after purchase.Please credit me as the designer.Do not use my art or designs for anything NFT or AI.You can resell the adoptable design. You must make the buyer aware of the original price/worth.All adoptable designs are final. This means I will not make edits to the design unless it's a small edit like eye color change and other small changes. You may edit any design(s) after purchase.I will hold rights to the art as promotional material, but the character design will be owned by the owner/buyer.If you charge back on an adopt after purchasing, I will revoke your rights to owning the adopt and the ownership will go back to me immediately. I'm allowed to use it for any purposes such as keeping or resale.Blacklisted clients are not allowed to purchase or acquire any new designs made by me.If you have not paid for the design in full (payment plan, hold, etc), the design will NOT belong to you. You may not buy any commissions or announce the character publicly until you have paid for it entirely.If you buy commissions of the character before paying it off, you will be blacklisted.I have the right to blacklist anyone from purchasing my adopts at any time.
